Important Notice Before Filling Out the Return Form

This form is intended for return requests only. Exchanges and returns for the same order are not available through this form. In such cases, please contact Customer Service via WhatsApp.

Requests are processed within a maximum of 14 business days, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

Coordination will be arranged with the shipping courier to collect the item and deliver it to the Sand warehouse for inspection. After that, the refund will be processed according to the refund method you select in the form.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered information, especially transfer details, and any errors are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Please respond to the shipping courier and share the pickup location with them directly via WhatsApp to facilitate the collection process.

The request must be submitted by the original order owner only.
