·      All orders are subject to product availability. You can’t order an unavailable item.

·      Not allowed to open packages with Courier

·      You will receive your shipment within 2-5 business days for greater Cairo & Alexandria orders, 2-7 in Sinai, Matrouh, and Upper Egypt, and 2-5 business days in other cities.

·      Our official working days are from Sunday to Thursday

·      Shipping cost is subject to your location. 

·      Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the weight of your order. 

·      Orders over 2999 EGP are eligible for a free shipping policy. 

·      Free shipment policy is not applicable - unfortunately- for certain locations like (Red Sea - Sinai - Marsa Matrouh - Qena - Luxor - Aswan - Asyut - Suhag), we are sorry for that :)

السياسة العامة

·      تخضع جميع الطلبات لتوافر المنتج. لا يمكنك طلب عنصر غير متوفر.

·      لا يمكن فتح الأوراد عند الاستلام من المندوب  .

·      ستتلقى شحنتك في غضون 2-5 أيام عمل للطلبات في القاهرة الكبرى والإسكندرية، و2-7 في سيناء ومطروح وصعيد مصر، و2-5 أيام عمل في مدن أخرى.

·      أيام العمل الرسمية لدينا هي من السبت إلى الخميس

·      تكلفة الشحن تخضع لموقعك. 

·      قد يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن إضافية اعتمادا على موقعك ووزن طلبك. 

·      الطلبات التي تزيد عن 2999 جنيه مصري مؤهلة للحصول على سياسة الشحن المجاني. 

·      سياسة الشحن المجاني غير قابلة للتطبيق-للأسف-لمواقع معينة مثل (البحر الأحمر-سيناء-مرسى مطروح-قنا-الأقصر-أسوان-أسيوط-سوهاج)، نحن آسفون حقا لذلك:)
