Refund policy

1. General Policy | السياسة العامة

At SAND, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining operational efficiency and product quality standards.
في SAND نهدف لتقديم تجربة شراء سلسة مع الحفاظ على كفاءة التشغيل وجودة المنتجات.

2. Order Availability | توافر المنتجات

•    Orders are accepted only for available items. 
•    Items may become unavailable during order processing due to stock updates. 
•    يتم قبول الطلبات فقط للمنتجات المتاحة. 
•    قد يحدث تحديث في المخزون أثناء تجهيز الطلب.

3. Delivery Inspection Policy | سياسة فحص الاستلام

•    Customers are advised to inspect their order visually upon delivery before final acceptance. 
•    Once the order is accepted and opened, it is considered confirmed and eligible only for exchange under the conditions below. 
•    يُنصح العميل بمراجعة الطلب بصريًا قبل الاستلام. 
•    بمجرد الاستلام وفتح الشحنة، يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا ويخضع فقط لسياسة الاستبدال.

4. Return & Refund Policy | الإرجاع والاسترداد

•    Cash refunds are not available after order delivery. 
•    The available option after delivery is product exchange only. 
•    لا يتوفر استرجاع نقدي بعد استلام الطلب فى حالة فتح الشحنة . 
•    المتاح فقط هو استبدال المنتج. 
Exceptions | استثناءات:
Refund or exchange is allowed only in cases of:
•    Manufacturing defect 
•    Wrong item delivered 
•    Size error caused by SAND 
•    يُسمح بالإرجاع أو الاستبدال فقط في حالات: 
o    عيب تصنيع 
o    منتج خاطئ 
o    خطأ في المقاس من الشركة

5. Exchange Policy | سياسة الاستبدال

•    Exchange is allowed once per order only. 
•    Replacement depends on stock availability. 
•    If unavailable, a credit or alternative solution will be offered. 
•    يسمح بالاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب. 
•    الاستبدال يعتمد على توافر المخزون. 
•    في حالة عدم التوفر، يتم تقديم حل بديل أو رصيد شراء.

6. Non-Delivery Policy | عدم استلام الطلب

•    If an order is refused without a valid reason, a 100 EGP shipping fee will be charged. 
•    This policy helps maintain operational efficiency and delivery reliability. 
•    في حالة رفض الاستلام بدون سبب واضح، يتم تطبيق رسوم شحن قدرها 100 جنيه. 
•    وذلك لضمان كفاءة التشغيل واستمرارية الخدمة.

7. Shipping Policy | الشحن

•    Delivery time: 
o    Cairo & Alexandria: 2–5 business days 
o    Other cities: 2–7 business days 
•    Free shipping on orders above 2999 EGP (with location exceptions). 
•    Shipping fees vary by location and order weight. 
•    مدة التوصيل: 
o    القاهرة والإسكندرية: 2–5 أيام عمل 
o    باقي المحافظات: 2–7 أيام عمل 
•    شحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 2999 جنيه (مع استثناء بعض المناطق). 
•    تختلف رسوم الشحن حسب الموقع والوزن.

8. Free Shipping Exceptions | استثناءات الشحن المجاني

Free shipping does not apply to:
•    Red Sea, Sinai, Marsa Matrouh 
•    Upper Egypt governorates (Qena, Luxor, Aswan, Asyut, Sohag) 
•    لا ينطبق الشحن المجاني على:
البحر الأحمر – سيناء – مرسى مطروح – قنا – الأقصر – أسوان – أسيوط – سوهاج

9. Promotions Policy | العروض والخصومات

•    Discounted items are eligible for exchange only (no refunds). 
•    Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. 
•    Items must be unused with full packaging and tags. 
•    منتجات العروض والخصومات متاح لها الاستبدال فقط (بدون استرجاع نقدي). 
•    يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام. 
•    يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية.
