Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns

  • Returns & Exchange can be requested within 14 days of the order date.
  • For manufacturing defects or quality issues: Requests for return or exchange can be made within 30 days from the order date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging, labels, and proof of purchase.
  • Returns without a quality issue: the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days. (Wallet or Bank Account)

Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are possible if the replacement item is available in stock.
  • Replacement is allowed only once per order.
  • SAND covers shipping fees only in cases of manufacturing defect, wrong item, or wrong size.
  • Delivery of the replacement item takes 2–7 business days (excluding holidays).

During Discounts & Promotions

  • No cash refunds are allowed on items purchased during sales or promotions.
  • Exchanges are only allowed in case of a size difference or product defect, within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original condition with full packaging, labels, and invoices.
  • Exchanges are not accepted if the product has been used or any component/packaging is missing.
  • If the same product/size is not available, customers can exchange for another item of equal or higher value, with the difference payable.

Special Cases

  • Discounted or promotional items may be subject to specific conditions.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if unavailable, a refund or alternative solution will be provided.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال 

الإرجاع

  • يمكن طلب الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال 14يومًا من تاريخ الطلب.
  • فىحالة وجود عيوب صناعة أو مشاكل في الجودة: يمكن طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 30 يوم 
  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، بحالتها الأصلية، مع كامل التغليف والملصقات وإثبات الشراء.
  • لتقديم طلب الإرجاع، يجب ملء الفورم المخصص عبر الموقع.
  • في حال الإرجاع دون سبب متعلق بالجودة، يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن.
  • يتم رد المبلغ  خلال 14 يوم عمل عن طريق محفظة او حساب بنكى .

الاستبدال

  • يمكن الاستبدال مباشرة إذا كان المنتج متوفرًا في المخزون.
  • يسمح بالاستبدال لمرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب .
  • تتحمل SAND مصاريف الشحن فقط في حال وجود عيب تصنيع، منتج خاطئ، أو مقاس مختلف.
  • مدة شحن البديل: 2–7) أيام عمل (عدا العطلات الرسمية.

 

أثناء الخصومات والعروض

  • لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع النقدي على المنتجات المشتراة أثناء الخصومات أو العروض.
  • يسمح بالاستبدال فقط في حالة اختلاف المقاس أو وجود عيب في المنتج، وذلك خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
  • يجب أن يكون المنتج في حاله الأصلية كاملة مع التغليف والملصقات والفاتورة.
  • لا يُقبل الاستبدال إذا تم استخدام المنتج أو فقد أي من مكوناته أو تغليفه الأصلي.
  • إذا لم يكن المنتج أو المقاس متوفرًا، يمكن الاستبدال بمنتج آخر بنفس القيمة أو أعلى مع دفع الفرق.

حالات خاصة

  • المنتجات المخفضة أو المشمولة بعروض قد تخضع لشروط خاصة.
  • تنفيذ الاستبدال مرتبط بتوفر المخزون، وإذا لم يكن البديل متاحًا سيتم رد المبلغ أو تقديم حل بديل مناسب.
